Abstract: With the continuous increase in the number of operating hydropower dams in China, dam safe⁃ ty supervision is facing new situations and challenges. There is a growing need to apply intelligent tech ⁃ nologies to enhance the efficiency of supervision and ensure work quality. This paper discusses the appli ⁃ cation scenarios of intelligent technologies in dam safety supervision, particularly the function of genera ⁃ tive artificial intelligence represented by large model in automatic report generation, which provides a powerful tool for improving the efficiency of daily supervision tasks. This paper elaborates on the techni ⁃ cal principles and typical application examples, and puts forward new applications and directions for fur ⁃ ther enhancing the quality and efficiency of dam safety supervision with the development of technologies.

摘要: 随着我国投运的水电站大坝数量不断增加,大坝安全监察面临新形势和新局面,需要通过智能化技术的应用提升监察工作效率,保障工作质量。笔者论述了智能化技术在大坝安全监察工作中的应用场景,尤其是以大模型为代表的生成式人工智能在报告自动生成方面的功能,为日常监察工作效率的提升提供了强有力的工具。笔者阐述了其技术原理和典型应用实例,并对未来随着技术发展进一步提升大坝安全监察质效的新应用和新方向进行了展望。
