Abstract: In construction, installation of buried pipes often goes wrong and get missed or over-demand. This paper introduces a buried pipe management system. By use of electronic tags and handheld machine based on radio frequency identification (RFID), real-time comparison between the design and the actual quantity of buried pipes is realized which acts like a guarantee of zero mistake during construction. In addition, based on the BIM model, combined with the project schedule, the supply and demand of the buried pipe in concrete construction of each part of the structure can be calculated, which pro ⁃ vides support for the decision of procurement and inventory of buried pipe.

摘要: 工程施工过程中,经常会出现埋管埋件错埋、漏埋、超埋等情况。笔者介绍了一种埋管埋件管理系统,使用基于射频识别技术的手持机和电子标签,通过埋管埋件设计工程量与现场安装工程量的实时对比,保证施工现场不发生错漏。同时基于BIM 模型,结合工程进度方案,计算分析得到建筑物各仓位混凝土施工的埋管埋件供求信息,为埋管埋件的采购与库存提供决策支持。
