Abstract: Personal and property damage caused by water conservancy and hydropower projects, such as flood discharge, has become a common social problem. This paper analyzes various public safety risks in the river channel downstream of a hydropower station and accordingly explores and summarizes various control measures to prevent and resolve these risks in the affected area, for reference.

摘要: 水利水电工程泄洪放水等导致下游发生人身财产安全损害问题已成为一个常态的社会问题。笔者分析某电站下游河道存在的各种公共安全风险,探索总结多种控制措施,防范化解下游河道影响区公共安全风险,切实保障下游河道人民群众生命和财产安全。
