Abstract: Fine management of water conservancy project is necessary to realize national modernization. This paper introduces the significance and main contents of fine management of water conservancy projects, and analyzes the existing problems in project management. Furthermore, effective strategies of fine management are put forward, aiming to provide reference for fine management of water conservancy projects.
