Abstract

Abstract: During investigation, design, construction and operation of tunnels, due to constraints and mistakes, failures happen. There are 10 cases at home and abroad presented in this paper, as well as the cause reasons and the lessons learned, for reference.

摘要： 水工隧洞的勘察、设计、施工和运行过程中，受制于诸多因素，某一环节出现差错，都会发生严重的工程事故。笔者列举了国内外十起水工隧洞事故案例，分析事故原因，总结经验教训，可为同类工程提供参考。
