钢筋笼模板在水下不分散混凝土浇筑中的应用——以某工程水下混凝土修复为例

Abstract: Many construction problems with underwater concrete are solved by use of reinforcement cage formwork, such as great effect from the water flow on the formwork installation, poor stability, inconvenient installation and lifting, and much underwater work. The application of reinforcement cage formwork reduces the difficulty of underwater construction, improves the efficiency of underwater concrete pouring, and saves project investment. In this paper, taking the treatment of erosion and damage of underwater buildings as an example, the fabrication and installation of reinforcement cage formwork are studied and discussed, for reference.

摘要: 钢筋笼模板解决了水下混凝土施工中模板安装受水流影响大、稳定性差、安装吊运不便、水下工作量大等诸多难题,降低了水下施工难度,提高了水下混凝土浇筑效率,节约了工程投资。以某工程水下建筑物冲蚀、损毁部位修复为例,研究讨论了钢筋笼模板制作安装的具体施工方法。
