Abstract: The consequence of emergency in water conservancy and hydropower engineering is serious with wide range of influence. So we should prepare emergency plans in advance and train sophisticated emergency teams in order to do a good job in emergency work and ensure the safety of people's lives and property. The structure characteristics and operation mode of non-electric hydraulic control emergency operator are introduced in detail and analyzed by relevant cases.

摘要: 水利水电工程遇突发事件后果较为严重,且影响范围广,应提前准备应急预案,培养高精尖应急队伍,方能切实做好应急工作,保障人民生命和财产安全。笔者对无电液控应急操作器的结构特点和操作方式进行了详细介绍,并结合相关应用案例进行了分析。
