Abstract: Due to the influence of physical, chemical and other factors during operation of hydraulic structures, concrete deteriorates, which exerts a direct impact on operation and structural safety of water conservancy and hydropower projects. Concrete surface protection materials for hydraulic structures are of great significance to improve the durability and safety of concrete. Based on the technical characteristics of protection of hydraulic concrete, this paper introduces the new development in research and application of anti-wear protection technology, biological erosion prevention technology as well as coat roughness reduction and protection technology. It is proposed that while the basic comprehensive mechanical properties of hydraulic concrete protective materials are satisfying, research of composite modification should be emphasized. It is a new trend to develop the unique function and optimize the construction.

摘要: 水工建筑物结构运行过程中会受到物理、化学等多种因素的影响,导致混凝土质量劣化,对水利水电工程的运行和结构安全造成直接影响。水工建筑物混凝土表面防护材料对提高混凝土的耐久性和安全性具有重要的意义。针对水工混凝土防护工程技术特点,分别介绍了抗冲磨防护技术、抗生物侵蚀防护技术和涂层降糙防护技术的研究和应用新进展,提出水工混凝土防护材料在满足基本综合力学性能的同时,注重复合改性的研究,发挥独特功能性和优化施工性是一种新的趋势。
