Abstract: In the safety management of the trans-regional and inter-basin dam group, routine measures are carried out, such as safety monitoring, examination, defect elimination, technology supervision, classification of hydraulic structures, regular inspection and registration, rehabilitation, management of major hazard installations, emergency management and et al. Moreover, by improvement including extension of safety management content, deepening institution construction and assessment and control of risks, all-round management is realized.

摘要： 在跨地区、跨流域大坝群安全管理实践中，大唐广西分公司在实施大坝监测、检查与消缺、水工技术监督、水工建筑物评级、大坝定检和注册、补强加固、大坝重大危险源管理、应急管理等常规大坝运行技术管理措施的基础上，拓展大坝安全管理内容，深化制度建设，推行安全风险控制评估等一系列大坝安全管理举措，实施大坝运行的全方位管理。
