Abstract: Based on the field investigation and data analysis of each hydropower station in the Yuanshui basin, the engineering safety risk and public safety risk existing in Yuanshui basin as well as the causes of risk are analyzed. The countermeasures and suggestions for risk prevention are put forward from the aspects of construction of legal system, information platform and anti-terrorism system, which can provide a solution for improving the safety level of cascade hydropower stations in Yuanshui basin.

摘要: 在沅水流域各梯级水电站实地调研及资料分析的基础上,对沅水流域存在的工程安全风险和公共安全风险进行了梳理,并对风险发生的原因进行了分析,从法制建设、信息化平台建设以及反恐怖防范体系建设等方面提出了风险防范对策措施和建议,为提高沅水流域梯级水电站的安全防范水平提供了解决方案。
