Abstract: In this paper, a whole set of 3D modeling process based on oblique photography data is introduced, combining with the modeling, modification and application. Aiming at the existing problems of oblique photography data, corresponding processing methods are proposed. In addition, the real 3D model is applied to the evaluation of geological conditions of dangerous rock mass at the abutment of a hydropower dam and resettlement planning.

摘要: 以倾斜摄影数据实景三维建模、修饰、应用为主线,介绍了一整套三维建模流程。同时针对倾斜摄影数据目前存在的问题,分别提出相应的处理方法。最后通过某水电站坝肩危岩体地质条件评估及移民拆迁安置规划等项目,对实景三维模型进行了应用。
