Abstract: Various concrete defects, such as denudation, carbonization, cracking and protection materials falling off, were detected on the gate pier, wing wall, and overflow surface of the west spillway of Huairou reservoir in 2015, which seriously affected the safe operation of the reservoir' and the treatment of the concrete defects was necessary. Aiming at the existing concrete defects, optimization and improvement of defects treatment for the western spillway in 2007 were carried out. This paper introduces the treatment methods, materials and construction technology adopted for different concrete defects of the west spillway. By working test for one year, the treatment was proved that it not only eliminated the potential safety hazard but also improved the durability and aesthetics of the concrete of the western spillway, which is worthy reference.

摘要: 2015年检测发现,怀柔水库西溢洪道闸墩、翼墙、溢流面等混凝土存在着不同程度的剥蚀、碳化、裂缝及原防护材料脱落等缺陷,严重影响到西溢洪道的安全运行,需要对西溢洪道混凝土缺陷进行处理。针对2007年西溢洪道混凝土缺陷处理存在的问题,进行了优化改进。详细介绍了西溢洪道不同部位缺陷所采取的处理方法、使用的材料及施工工艺。经过一年来的运行考验,本次混凝土缺陷处理工程既消除了西溢洪道的安全隐患,又提高了混凝土的耐用性和美观性,对条件相似的水工建筑物的缺陷处理具有一定的借鉴意义。
