Abstract: Inverted siphon buried pipe is used to make across the Luzhu River in the second water source project of Qiandao Lake which is an improvement from the original diversion plan. The original diversion plan would affect the normal operation of highway and would include large amount of compensation for the submergence. By schemes comparison and optimization, the appropriate scale of diversion structure is selected, in which the risk is well controlled and investment is saved.

摘要: 杭州市第二水源千岛湖配水工程穿越渌渚江时采用了倒虹吸埋管方式,原导流规划方案涉及公路正常运营和大量淹没赔偿等。通过对导流时段的优化和选择,多方案比选了导流建筑物规模,有效控制了风险,节省了投资。
