Abstract: The overflow section of Yaotian hydropower station is equipped with 27 overflow weirs, and an emergency overhaul gate is added in front of each radial gate. It is the first project to build a new gate slot by underwater construction. In the project, divers complete underwater construction. In the scheme, no need to set up cofferdam to create dry land condition, on restriction by reservoir operation conditions, and no need to diversion or abandon reservoir water. While saving the construction period, the project cost is also greatly reduced. In this paper, the technical difficulties of pier slotting, underwater concrete cutting and removing are discussed.

摘要: 遥田水电站拦河坝中的溢流坝段设27孔溢流堰,现每孔弧形闸门前均增设一扇检修闸门,为首例通过水下施工的方式新建门槽的项目。工程采用潜水员水下施工,无需设置围堰来创造旱地施工条件,不受水库运行条件限制,无需导流,无需弃水施工,在节约工期的同时也大幅度降低了工程造价。就闸墩开槽、水下混凝土切割、拆除等施工技术难点进行了具体描述。
