Abstract: Same with the construction of hydropower project, dam safety monitoring also has an obvious interface between the construction period and operation period. To solve the problem of safety monitoring during the transition period, a basin-level dam safety information management system is established by Yalong River Hydropower Development Company. By using the technology of Internet of things, the monitoring and management module of construction period is developed, which achieves the integration and seamless handover of the construction period and operation period, and realizes the safety monitoring information management of the whole life cycle.

摘要: 与水电工程建设一样,大坝安全监测工作在施工期和运行期也有着明显的界面。为妥善解决安全监测工作施工期和运行期之间的问题,雅砻江流域水电开发有限公司建立了流域大坝安全信息管理系统,利用物联网技术开发了施工期监测管理功能模块,做到了施工期和运行期的建管融合、无缝交接,实现了全生命周期的安全监测信息管理。
