Abstract: At present, most enterprises are using the empirical approach to select the outsourcing method for equipment overhaul. By development of weight table, combined with the matrix model, the paper puts forward a scientific selection method for equipment maintenance outsourcing, for reference.

摘要： 目前大多数企业都采用经验法来选择设备检修外包方式。现通过制订标准评分表，并借助成熟的矩阵模型，提出了一种科学选择设备检修外包方式的方法，为企业在外包管理最初讨论研究阶段提供参考。
