Abstract: There are a large number of masonry dams in China, most of which use concrete face slab as upstream seepage prevention. Because of dam deformation and disrepair, many face slabs of masonry dam gradually fail and leak. It is necessary to build a new concrete face slab on the upper side of the old. The reliable combination of the new and old concrete face slab is the key to anti-seepage reinforcement, but the existing codes have not yet provided a mature technical scheme. In this paper, a technique scheme of combining anchorage and bond is proposed. Based on the monitoring result analysis of the project that has adopted the technology, it is indicated that the new technology can make reliable combination of the new and old concrete face slab.

摘要: 我国砌石坝数量众多,且绝大多数采用上游混凝土面板防渗。许多砌石坝因坝体变形且年久失修,防渗面板逐渐失效而发生渗漏,需要在老的混凝土防渗面板上游侧新建混凝土防渗面板,新老混凝土防渗面板之间的可靠结合是防渗加固成功与否的关键,但现行规范尚未对此提供成熟的加固技术方案。笔者提出采用锚固与粘结两种措施相结合的技术,对已采用该技术的某水库砌石坝新老混凝土防渗面板监测成果的分析表明,采用此技术可使新老混凝土防渗面板可靠结合,保障此类砌石坝面板加固后的防渗效果。
