Abstract: Since operation of Qilinsi hydropower station, the actual tail water level is higher than the designed level because of the siltation in the tail water area and the narrowed riverbed in the lower reach. As a result, the power output and flood control are seriously affected. To solve this problem, engineering measures such as excavation and dredging of the lower reach are proposed. In this paper, the design, construction and engineering benefits of these measures are analyzed and discussed, worthy references.

摘要: 麒麟寺水电站自投产发电以来,由于尾水区域泥沙淤积、下游河道被侵占束窄等原因,电站尾水位高于设计尾水位,机组出力难以达到额定值,并严重影响行洪安全。为解决这一问题,提出了对尾水区域淤积和下游河道采取开挖、疏浚等工程措施。对这些工程措施从设计、施工和实施后的效果等方面进行了分析探讨,为其他类似项目提供一些参考。
