Abstract: Safety inspection of hydraulic metal structure can be summarized as two parts, namely regular check and special test. Regular check should be a part of daily operation of management department, and special test can only be done by professional institutions or research institutes. Typical accidents and failure analysis showed that many accidents may be avoided by strengthened safety inspection. During regular check, preliminary assessment should be done in advance, as well as evaluation after check, The records should be available for review and contrast. For problems found in regular check, special tests can be performed for further diagnosis.

摘要： 水工金属结构的安全检测可分为定期检查和特种检测两部分，定期检查应该是运行管理部门日常工作的一部分，特种检测只有专业的机构和科研院所才能胜任。典型事故和故障分析表明，加强安全检测可以将许多事故消灭在萌芽中。定期检查应在检查前预评估，检查后再评估，记录应便于复查和对比。定期检查发现的问题可通过特种检测做进一步诊断。
