Abstract: Erjiang sluice's radial gates of Gezhouba hydropower station has been safely operated for more than 20 years, and severe corrosion occurred on the gates. Protection plan and measures are proposed according to operation conditions and function characteristics of the radial gate, which is to brush epoxy daub on the upstream face and use zinc spraying and painting on the back side. In order to ensure the anticorrosion quality, strict construction procedures are made, including sandblasting, zinc spraying, painting and epoxy daub scraping. In consideration of the local environmental conditions of Yichang city, reasonable construction scheme is made to ensure the schedule under control.

摘要: 葛洲坝电站二江泄水闸弧门已安全运行20多年,弧门出现大面积锈蚀。针对弧门运行工况特点,弧门防腐维修时,确定了弧门迎水面采取刷环氧胶泥、背水面采用喷锌和涂料复合保护的方案。通过制订严格的喷砂、喷锌、喷漆、刮环氧胶泥防腐工艺,确保了防腐质量。综合考虑宜昌的环境条件,制订合理的施工方案,保证了弧门防腐维修工期能够得到控制。
