Abstract: The cascade reservoir in this paper is located in Yili. The reservoirs upstream and downstream are big. The paper discusses the multi-purpose ecological operation of the reservoir, in the hope to realize the goals of maximization of benefits and minimization of adverse influence on ecology.

摘要： 某梯级水库位于新疆伊犁，上游水库工程属大（1）型Ⅰ等工程，具有高坝大库的特点，下游水库工程属大（2）型Ⅱ等工程。与国内外的情况类似，该梯级水库工程在兴利除害的同时也不可避免地影响生态环境。如何在实现灌溉、防洪、发电、供水等社会经济多种目标的前提下兼顾河流生态系统需求，减小工程运行对生态的影响，是当前水库、梯级水库运行调度普遍需要解决的问题。
