Abstract: Carbon fiber composite materials are used in the package of the fiber Bragg grating in the aim of protection.Under the influence of applied stress, deformation of carbon fiber composite materials occurs, thereby the strain of fiber Bragg grating which paste on the carbon fiber composite materials associated with the Bragg wavelength shift.Connected to optical signal processing devices, the wavelength can be easily read.The design converts the strain of carbon fiber composite material into the fiber Bragg grating peak wavelength.While the reinforcement of CFRP to structure, monitoring by the pre-embedded CFRP fiber Bragg grating can be carried out. The intelligent item which is of the function of reinforcement and monitoring is formed which can be longterm used for real-time health monitoring.

摘要: 利用碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)对光纤Bragg 光栅进行封装保护。在外加应力的作用下,碳纤维复合材料发生形变,从而带动粘贴于碳纤维复合材料上的光纤Bragg 光栅产生与应变相关的Bragg 波长移位, 与信号处理装置连接显示光纤Bragg 光栅波长值。本设计将碳纤维复合材料所受应变转换为对光纤Bragg 光栅峰值波长的调制。在用CFRP 对结构体加固的同时,还能通过预先埋入CFRP 的光纤Bragg 光栅对其进行长期监测,构成了一种集加固与监测于一体的智能结构,能对结构体进行长期的实时健康监测。
