Abstract: Because of the characteristics of hydraulic and hydropower projects, the key point of environmental supervision is pollution control and ecological protection in construction period. Based on the supervision of water-environment protection, environment-air protection, noise control, solid waste disposal, ecology protection and environmental monitoring as well as management-acceptance of environmental protection facilities, the paper concentrated on analyzing the way to carry out environmental supervision, and the key points were advanced.

摘要： 基于水利水电工程的特点，环境监理的重点是施工期的污染防治与生态保护。从水环境保护监理、环境空气保护监理、噪声控制监理、固体废弃物处置监理、生态保护监理、环境监测管理和环保设施验收管理等方面对如何开展水利水电工程的环境监理工作进行了探讨,提出了水利水电工程环境监理工作的重点。
