Abstract: After first impoundment of Bailianya reservoir, high seepage pressure and uplift pressure exceeding designed value occurred at some dam blocks. This paper analysed the cause reasons in aspects such as geology, design, construction and operation. Further, treatment advices were presented.

摘要： 白莲崖水库大坝初次蓄水后，部分坝基渗透压力较大、局部扬压力系数高于设计值，从地质、设计、施工、运行等多方面进行了分析，并提出了处理意见。
