Half product difference analysis on resistance ratio measurement error of differential resistance instrument

差阻式仪器电阻比测量误差的半积差分析法

Abstract: The product of pro and con resistance ratio of differential resistance instrument should be 1 theoretically. Due to measurement errors, including five cores differential resistance instrument, the product of pro and con resistance ratio measured is not 1. By analysis method of half product difference, the accuracy of resistance ratio measured by differential resistance reading instrument can be tested, as well as the accuracy of sensor resistance ratio measured. Reverse resistance ratio is also helpful for monitoring data.

摘要: 差阻式仪器正反测电阻比乘积的理论值应该等于1。由于测量误差的存在,包括五芯线的差阻式仪器,测量得到的正反测电阻比的乘积并不等于1。利用正反比半积差分析法可以检验差阻式读数仪测量电阻比的准确度,也可以检验传感器电阻比观测值的准确度。反测电阻比也是监测数据的旁证资料。
