Abstract: Method, instruments used and their improvement in deformation measurement of concrete dam are introduced and a commentary on all kinds of the method and instruments is presented. In the paper, dam monitoring network is expounded in detail and its important function in dam safety monitoring and some steps for improving accuracy of the measurement are analyzed. It is considered that plumb line deflection will influence the measurement results. An analysis about the influence is presented so that researchers in the measurement field can pay attention to the influence.

摘要： 本文介绍了混凝土坝变形观测所采用的方法、仪器以及对其进行的改进，并时各种方法和仪器进行了评论。文中详细阐述了大坝监测网对大坝安全监测所起的重要作用和为提高观测精度采取的措施。认为垂线位置的变化可影响观测结果，并时有关的影响进行了分析以便引起观测领域的研究人员的注意。
