Abstract: The article describes the deterioration of the red stratum dam foundation and strengthening of Jicun Hydro Power Station through the analysis of the long-term measured seepage and the plant operation, it is has been proved that, the strengthening principles and measures relying mainly on blocking, making drainage subsidiary and setting up an overall fortification, have increased the Jicun large dam safety degree gradually, and gained the more evident economic benefits. The article strongly points out that, in order to ensure dam safety and bring power generation of water power station into full play, the dam safety management must be stressed during design, construction and operation.

摘要： 本文介绍了纪村水电站坝基红层恶化和补强加固情况。通过时长系列渗流监测数据和发电运行资料的分析研究，说明“以堵为主、以排为辅、全面设防”的加固原则和措施，已使纪村大坝安全度逐渐提高，并获得了较为明显的经济效益。本文强调指出，为确保大坝安全，充分发挥水电站发电效益，必须强化设计、施工和运行全过程中的大坝安全管理。
