Abstract: Usually, the grouting pressure in concrete crack grouting is not given in design, but it's of great importance. Based on fracture toughness in fracture mechanics and Newton's law of friction, research on allowable grouting pressure and diffusion radius in mass concrete grouting was carried out and the calculation method was got. By comparison to practical project, efficiency was proved. Further, the calculation method for the diffusion radius was valuable, worthy reference.

摘要: 实际工程中,混凝土裂缝灌浆的设计压力往往没有给定,依据什么计算方法可以得出既不破坏混凝土结构又能使缝面浆液充填饱满的灌浆压力值,十分重要。利用断裂力学的断裂韧度以及牛顿摩阻定律等对大体积水工混凝土的灌浆允许压力和浆液扩散半径进行研究,得出了大体积混凝土裂缝灌浆允许压力和浆液在缝内的扩散半径的计算方法,并与实际工程进行了比对。结果表明:该计算方法可用于现场灌浆。其中,扩散半径的计算方法为DL/T 5406-2010《水工建筑物化学灌浆施工规范》的附录D中,浆液有效扩散半径的计算提供了参考依据。
