Abstract: Cracks were found to take place in gravity piers of Dashankou arch dam in Xinjiang province during operation period. In view of the width of the cracks and the places that took place, there were little previous cases domestically. So it caused great attentions on the influences of the cracks on dam safety. By FE modeling and analysis, it was found that the cracks were the result of the loading caused by the variation of piers’ temperature, it may expand further, and it have little effect on the deformation and stability of the dam. So countermeasures such as grouting are not needed.
摘要: 新疆大山口拱坝蓄水运行后,于1994年冬在右岸重力墩处发现裂缝,1999年又在左岸重力墩近似对称位置发现娄似裂缝。从裂缝的宽度、发生的部位等情况来看,在国内并不多见,其对坝体安全性的影响成为关注的焦点。本文通过限元计算分析表明:大山口拱坝重力墩的裂缝是由温降荷载引起的且有进一步加深的可能,但是裂缝的出现释放了集中的拉应力,整调了重力墩的受力状态,对坝体变形和稳定没有影响,仅对重力墩的基础应力会有一定影响。
