某水电站消力池修复混凝土围堰爆破拆除施工技术研究

Abstract: After the rehabilitation of stilling pool, the lateral concrete cofferdam needed to be blasted and removed. To avoid vibration or damage from blasting to the generator units, central control equipment and permanent structures, measures such as layered blasting, presplitting blasting, more blast holes and less charge were adopted. During the blasting, the impact of blasting was reduced by use of shock absorption slot, top cover, water filling of the stilling pools and protective net. The monitoring data showed that the vibration rate had met the requirements and the underwater laser scanning showed that the cofferdam was completely removed. No damage to permanent structures was found during the inspection, indicating the blasting scheme was safe, reasonable and feasible. Moreover, the permanent structures and equipment are operating well after the flood season.

摘要: 某水电站泄洪闸消力池修复完工后,需爆破拆除横向混凝土围堰。为避免爆破对电站发电机组、中心控制室设备以及永久建筑物等造成震动、冲击破坏,爆破拆除采取分层爆破、预裂爆破、多开孔少装药的爆破方案。爆破拆除过程中,通过采取减震槽、顶面压盖、消力池充水、防护网等防控措施,有效降低了爆破飞石对永久建筑物和设备的影响。爆破震动监测显示各部位震动速率均满足要求,拆除后水下激光扫描显示围堰拆除完全,未发现永久建筑物震损、开裂等情况,表明本次爆破方案设计安全合理、施工方便可行。截至目前,爆破后水电站已经历一个汛期,永久建筑物和设备运行正常。
