Abstract: Development of smart irrigation area is the basic and inevitable requirement for the modernization of irrigation area. It lays a solid foundation for further optimizing the water resource regulation, enhancing support for decision-making on flood control and drought relief, and providing efficient public services. Taking the development of smart Santun river irrigation area in Changji city as an example, this paper introduces the main construction contents, the key functions and its application effects. As well, it puts forward suggestions for its development planning, worth reference.

摘要：

为进一步优化水资源的合理调配、加强防汛抗旱决策支持、提供面向公众的高效服务，开展智慧灌区建设是灌区现代化的基础和必然要求。以新疆昌吉市三屯河智慧灌区建设为例，介绍了智慧灌区建设的主要内容、具备的主要功能及其应用效果，并对其发展规划提出建议，对促进各灌区的管理改革、创新具有重要的价值和作用。
