Abstract:

In order to provide basis for grading of emergency events in the dam safety emergency planning or dam breach emergency planning, a concrete face-slab rockfill dam in China is taken as a case study. Based on dam structural characteristics, design and construction conditions, operation performance, key concerns and parts and et al., all kinds of emergencies are analyzed in detail, then the possible emergencies of the dam are summarized.

大坝运行安全应急预案或溃坝应急预案编制时，为给突发事件分类分级提供依据，以国内某混凝土面板堆石坝为实例，结合大坝结构特性、设计和施工情况、运行性态、重点关注问题和部位等，对可能的突发事件进行了详细的分析，归纳总结了该大坝可能发生的突发事件。
