最小二乘拟合法在转子圆度调整中的应用

Abstract:

Measurement and adjustment of rotor roundness is an important work in the maintenance of hydroelectric generating units. Good rotor roundness is a guarantee for the safe and stable operation of units. Traditional analysis and calculation of roundness mostly adopt the simple arithmetic average method. The analysis data are not comprehensive and the error is large. It has little significance to guide the adjustment of rotor roundness. The author uses the least square fitting method to fit and analyze the roundness data of rotor, and the factors of magnetic pole inclination of the rotor are considered comprehensively. The large roundness error of the rotor is eliminated scientifically and economically. Practical application shows that this method is accurate in calculation and it improves the quality of rotor roundness adjustment.

转子圆度测量调整是水轮发电机组检修过程中的一项重要工作,良好的转子圆度是机组安全、稳定运行的重要保障。传统的圆度分析计算大多采用简单的算术平均方法,分析数据不够全面、误差较大,在转子圆度调整实践中的指导意义不大。利用最小二乘拟合法对转子圆度数据进行拟合分析,并综合考虑影响转子磁极倾斜
度的因素,科学经济地解决了某电站转子圆度偏差大等问题。实践应用表明,该方法计算精确,提高了转子圆度调整质量,达到了较好的效果。
