Abstract: The latest laws, regulations and standards were systematically studied. From the aspects of reliable electronic signature, hash verification and legal effects of the copies and original electronic documents, the compliance of electronic documents from BIM system of Yangfanggou hydropower station was demonstrated. The standardization of online archiving was also demonstrated from the aspects of collection of electronic file and its metadata, file format, effectiveness of electronic documents out of the system, archive procedure, archive detection and archive interface. Combined with the experience from the first batch of experimental units of electronic documents management, such as PetroChina and Guotai Jun'an Securities, the online archiving scheme of electronic documents from BIM system of Yangfanggou hydropower station was concluded. 摘要： 系统研究最新现行法律法规和标准规范，从可靠的电子签名、哈希校验验证、复制件的法律效力和原生电子文件的法律效力等方面论证杨房沟水电站BIM系统电子文件形成合规性，从电子文件及其元数据收集、归档格式、脱离系统的电子文件有效性、归档程序、归档检测和归档接口等方面论证归档规范性。结合中国石油、国泰君安等国家第一批电子文件管理试点通过验收的经验，得出杨房沟水电站BIM系统质量验收评定电子文件在线归档方案，得到了国家档案局、中国人民大学等评审专家的一致认可，认为方案总体具备合规性、可行性和先进性，在工程建设领域电子文件单轨制方面开展了积极探索，成效显著，具有较好的行业推广价值。
