Abstract: This article mainly introduces the management experience of constructing Yinzidu project.Those includes positive ad-vancing the institution of legal person responsibility,supervision system,bidding system and contract management regulation.Strengthening construction time and objective management,making the most of designing work relying on science and technology development,advocating expert’s consulting and scientific decision,dialectically dealing with the relationship between quality and cost,strengthening safety management and field coordination are also the experience from Yinzidu hydropower practice.?
