摘要： 辽湾水库大坝自1982年建成运行以来，拦蓄了多次较大的洪水。通过对坝体边坡稳定分析，提出今后控制运行 应避免高水位运行；库水位高于正常蓄水位时，应避免骤降库水位。

Abstract: Liaowan reservoir has impounded bigger floods since it was been put into operation in 1982. Based on the analysis of the dam slope stability, the author has pointed out that the reservoir should operated in normal water level, to avoid operating at the higher level and reducing water level quickly.
