大坝安全仪器监测与巡视检查融合方法研究

摘要: 针对水电站大坝运行安全评估中仪器监测与人工巡视检查数据分离、关联性不足的问题,提出了一种基于知识图谱与模糊综合评价的大坝安全监测融合方法。首先,通过研究国内外大坝仪器监测和巡视检查的空间分布和结构机理关联特性,依托图数据库,构建仪器监测与巡视检查融合的知识图谱,解决监测数据与巡检缺陷的关联定位难题。在此基础上,建立考虑空间和逻辑关联性的模糊综合评价方法,实现从结构局部到整体层面逐层融合,提升大坝安全状态评判的精准性。最后,以云南某工程作为案例,验证所提出方法的可行性。结果表明:该方法充分利用知识图谱在信息融合、类脑推理方面的优势,将“监测项目-异常表现-巡检缺陷”整合成完整证据链,并以此为依据,综合考虑空间分布和结构机理关联特性,实现仪器监测与巡视检查融合,有效提升了大坝安全状态评判的精准性。

Abstract: To address the issues of data separation and insufficient correlation between instrument moni_ toring and manual patrol inspection in the operational safety assessment of hydropower dams, a integra_ tion method for dam safety monitoring based on knowledge graph and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed. Firstly, by studying the correlation characteristics of instrument monitoring and patrol inspec_ tion on spatial distribution and structural mechanisms, and relying on graph databases, a knowledge graph integrating instrument monitoring and patrol inspection is constructed to solve the problem of cor_ relation positioning between monitoring data and patrol inspection defects. On this basis, a fuzzy compre_ hensive evaluation method considering spatial and logical correlations is established to realize layer-by- layer fusion from local to overall structural levels, improving the accuracy of dam safety status evalua_ tion. Finally, a project in Yunnan province is taken as a case to verify the feasibility of the proposed method. The results show that this method makes full use of the advantages of knowledge graph in infor_ mation fusion and brain-like reasoning, integrates "monitoring items, abnormal phenomena and patrol inspected defects" into a complete evidence chain, which comprehensively considers the spatial distribu_ tion and structural mechanism correlation characteristics to realize the fusion of instrument monitoring and patrol inspection, effectively improving the accuracy of dam safety status evaluation.
