牛都水电站水库汛期调度运用分析

摘要: 为确保牛都水电站水库大坝安全度汛并充分发挥兴利作用,基于水库历年运行水位、汛期划分、洪水调度及防洪特征水位,结合洪水调度原则,研究了汛期调度运用方案,并分析了下游安全流量。结果表明:牛都水电站水库采取溢洪道分级控制泄洪,2 台单机容量 10MW 的水轮发电机组在水头为31.27~37.34 m条件下也参与泄洪,此汛期调度方案可兼顾发电效益和环境用水需要,合理利用区域水资源,充分利用水库兴利库容,下游现状防洪标准大于重现期20年,下泄量不会对下游造成较大影响。

Abstract: To ensure the effective flood control of Niudu hydropower reservoir and give full play to the beneficial role, based on the reservoir operating water level over the years, flood season division, flood regulation and characteristic water level, combined with flood control principle, the flood control scheme is studied and the safe discharge volume is analyzed. The scheme is proposed that Niudu hydro_ power station reservoir adopts staged discharge control through spillway, and two hydraulic turbine-gen_ erator units with a capacity of 10 MW are also involved in flood discharge within the water head range of 31.27~37.34 m. This scheme can not only meet the power generation benefit and environmental wa_ ter needs, but also can rationally utilize regional water resources and make full use of the reservoir ca_ pacity of Niudu hydropower station.
