水电站大坝输水系统典型事故原因分析及安全提升建议

摘要:

笔者以GZ水电站“1·12”透水事故和JN水电站“1·25”透水事故为例,分析得出输水系统安全事故的直接原因往往是设备质量缺陷,间接原因是疏于日常管理。大多输水系统安全事故是由于某一因素引发,外加多种原因综合作用。在此基础上,从加强在线监控、应用数字孪生技术、强化日常管理、完善法规体系和技术标准等方面就保障水电站输水系统安全运行提出建议。

Abstract:

By analyzing cases such as the 1·12 accident of GZ dam and the 1·25 accident of JN dam, it is found that in most cases, the direct cause of water diversion system accidents is equipment quality defects, and the indirect cause is poor daily management. Most water diversion system accidents are triggered by a certain factor, combined by multiple causes. On this basis, suggestions are proposed to ensure the safe operation from the aspects including strengthening online monitoring, applying digital twin technology, enhancing daily management, improving regulatory systems and technical standards.
