摘要:

受水化热影响,大型水利枢纽工程大体积混凝土容易出现裂缝,影响工程安全稳定运行。笔者围绕蜀山泵站大体积混凝土施工与温控防裂技术开展研究,介绍了大体积混凝土施工方法,并提出了一套适用于工程区域气候环境的水利工程系统性温控防裂方案。结果表明,通过分层分段浇筑与安装冷却水管设计,达成了温控、防裂与结构稳定性的协同优化,有效降低了裂缝产生风险,保障了泵站工程施工质量,提高了施工效率。

Abstract:

The large volume concrete of large-scale water conservancy projects is prone to cracking because of hydration heat, which would affect the safe and stable operation of the project. The author, taking Shushan pump station as an example, studies and introduces the construction of large volume concrete, temperature control and crack prevention technology suitable for the site. The results show that by layered and segmented pouring and installation of cooling water pipes, the coordinated optimization of temperature control, crack prevention and structural stability has been achieved, which has effectively reduced the risk of crack formation, ensured the construction quality of the project, and improved construction efficiency.
