清远抽水蓄能电站一洞四机同时甩负荷试验研究

摘要:

国内抽水蓄能电站一洞四机布置型式较少,进行同一水力单元四台机组同时甩负荷试验情况更为罕见。广东清远抽水蓄能电站为典型的一洞四机布置型式,在相继开展单机、双机和三机甩负荷试验后,于2016年8月进行了在国内尚属首次的同一输水系统四台机组同时甩负荷试验。笔者对清远抽水蓄能电站甩负荷试验情况进行了介绍,分析了试验过程中蜗壳压力、尾水管压力、转速、振动摆度等关键试验数据,结果表明现阶段采用的先快后慢导叶两段关闭规律是可行的,四台机组带100%负荷同时甩时最大蜗壳压力约为7.067 MPa,尾水最小压力约为0.461 MPa,转速上升最大值为589.01 r/min,关键数据试验值均能满足控制标准;各振动摆度及轴承温度变化趋势稳定,水道、机组、电气设备、各辅助系统经受住了全面考验,为电站机组实现全水头、满负荷方式运行提供了试验依据,对类似电站输水系统设计及真机试验亦具有一定参考价值。

Abstract:

The layout of four units sharing one tunnel is less frequently arranged for domestic pumped storage power stations, and it is even rarer to carry out load rejection test for four units in the same hydraulic unit at the same time. Four units sharing one tunnel is adopted in Qingyuan pumped storage power station, Guangdong province. In August 2016, after carrying out load rejection tests with single, double and three units, for the first time in China, load rejection test of four units in the same water transmission system at the same time was carried out. This paper introduces the load rejection test of Qingyuan pumped storage power station and analyzes the key test data including spiral case pressure, draft tube pressure, rotational speed, vibration and swing, etc. The results show that the two-stage closure rule of the guide vane, which is adopted now, is feasible. The maximal spiral case pressure is about 7.067 MPa when the four units reject load at the same time with 100% load while the minimal draft tube pressure is about 0.461 MPa, and the maximum rotational speed rise is 589.01 r/min. The key experimental data can meet the control standards. The vibration and the bearing temperature trend are stable, the watercourses, the units, the electrical equipment, and auxiliary systems have withstood the comprehensive test, which provide a test basis for the units to achieve full-head and full-load operation, and also have certain reference value for design of water transmission systems and real machine tests of similar power stations.
