摘要： 通过学习实践科学发展观活动，要更加深刻地认识到，水电站大坝运行必须树立持续安全理念。在新形势下，要统一认识，明确思路，认清现状，居安思危，在大坝安全工作中真正贯彻落实科学发展观，始终按照客观规律办事，保障水电站大坝安全的可持续发展。

Abstract: The concept of sustainable safety should be erected in daily operation of hydropower dam. In new situation, the scientific development view requires safe operation guarantee of dam by following objective laws. Only in this way, long-term dam safety can be achieved.
