天荒坪抽水蓄能电站上水库沥青混凝土面板封闭层加速老化试验研究

摘要: 结合天荒坪上水库沥青混凝土封闭层的实际情况,对未脱落部位的封闭层现场取样、实验室回收沥青进行试验检测,结果发现:封闭层严重老化,从现场取回的沥青玛蹄脂中回收的沥青在常温下已相当硬、脆,沥青的针入度和延度几乎都降为0,黏度已升至普通沥青的60倍左右。为探索沥青混凝土封闭层的老化寿命,在实验室进行了沥青玛蹄脂的紫外光加速老化试验。从试验结果可以看出,在45℃~55℃范围内,温度对老化的影响很小,这和以往的研究结论较为符合。在同一温度条件下,针入度随着老化时间逐渐降低,软化点和黏度随着老化时间逐渐升高。老化速度随着紫外辐射强度的升高而升高。

Abstract: Combined with the actual situation of the asphalt concrete sealing layer of Tianhuangping reservoir, laboratory testing of asphalt which is sampled on-site is carried out. The results show that the sealing layer is severely aged and the mastic recovered from the asphalt is quite hard at normal temperature. The penetrability and ductility of asphalt have reduced to 0 and the viscosity has risen to about 60 times of normal asphalt. In order to explore the aging life of asphalt concrete sealing layer, the accelerated aging test of asphalt mastic is carried out in the laboratory. From the test results, it can be seen that in the 45 ℃ ~ 55 ℃, there is only a little influence of temperature on aging. This is in line with the previous research conclusions. At the same temperature, the penetration decreases gradually with the aging time, while the softening point and viscosity increase. The aging rate quickens with the increase of UV radiation intensity.
