摘要： 大坝监测是水库安全管理的重要手段之一，是各级防汛决策支持系统的组成部分之一。结合工作实践，本文分析了影响大坝安全的主要因素，阐述了大坝安全监测的内涵、手段和分析方法的综合运用。

Abstract: Safety monitoring is important in dam management.It is a great part in flood control decision-making system at all levels.Combined with practice, this paper analysed main factors in dam safety, as well, introduced the essential meaning, methods and application of dam safety monitoring.
