摘要： 叙述了DL/T5178－2003 规范中应力应变部分增补情况，再次肯定了大坝安全监控的主要监测量，提出了超高坝和特高坝安全方面的薄弱环节，以及超高坝和特高坝安全监测布置的基本方法及建议。

Abstract: This paper introduced the revision of the criterion DL/T5178－2003.Further, the main monitoring items were emphasized.At last, the weakest links of super－high dams were pointed out, and the method and some advices on the distribution of safety monitoring system were advanced．
