摘要： 山洪泥石流常见于降雨诱发，国内外降雨型山洪泥石流防治措施和可借鉴经验多。通过重点研究2010年3月19日恰甫其海水电站工程区融雪型山洪泥石流的形成机制，为融雪型山洪泥石流的防治提供可参考的实践经验。
Abstract: Usually, debirs flow is induced by storm and there are very much experience worthy reference. On 19th, March 2010, the debirs flow in Qiapuqihai hydropower station area was induced by snowmelt water. This paper studied the cause mechanism and introduced the countermeasures which were proved to be of good effect.
