摘要： 本文主要介绍了用VC+ + forwindows来实现大坝安全监测专家系统的规则知识。采用的方法为:定义从VC+ +基类Cobject派生的规则类来实现规则知识，用VC+ +现成的模板收集类来管理规则类以形成规则链。
Abstract: This paper mainly introduced realizing the regular knowledges of “expert system of dam safety monitoring” with VC++for Windows. The method adopted is defining rule-class from VC+ +’s base type Cobject to realize regular knowledge,managing regular types in order to form the regular chain with VC++ready-made type that collects template.?
